Cancer diagnostics company Novacyt is to acquire Primer Design, a molecular diagnostics company founded by Dr Rob Powell, Dr Jim Wicks and Prof. Tom Brown in 2005, for up to £12.35m (http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSFWN152002).
