Xiaomei Ren
Graduate student (2011-2016)
Xiaomei majored in Pharmaceutical Engineering in the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Central South University (CSU), China, where she obtained a BEng degree (in 2010). She then began her masters study in analytical chemistry, at the Research Centre of Modernization of Chinese Medicine, CSU. Xiaomei joined the Brown group as a graduate student in 2011, completing her PhD in 2016. She now works at Sansure Biotech, a molecular diagnostics products company in China.
